I think I had an anxiety attack

I think I had an anxiety attack last week. I had just been given a task I had requested when I suddenly developed this feeling of intense panic. I felt unworthy. My chest began to constrict. I wished I could stop time just for a second, just enough for to take a breath that seemed just out of reach.
